Garlic Paste<br />1 tsp. Ginger Paste<br />500 gms. Boneless Chicken, cubed<br />1 tsp. Red Chilli Powder<br />1 tsp. Turmeric Powder<br />1 tbsp. Cumin Seed Powder<br />1 tbsp. Coriander Seed Powder<br />Salt, to taste<br /><br />For Mint & Coriander Chutney:-<br />½ cup Mint Leaves, finely chopped<br />1 cup Coriander Leaves, finely chopped<br />2 cloves of Garlic<br />1 Green Chilli<br />Juice of half a lemon<br />Salt, to taste<br />1 tbsp. Curd<br /><br />For the Wraps:-<br />Wheat Chapatis<br />Red, Green and Yellow Bell peppers, finely chopped<br />Onions, finely chopped<br />Tomatoes, seeded and chopped<br />Green Chillies, finely chopped<br />Chaat Masala<br />Grated Cheese<br /><br />Method:-<br />1. Heat oil and saute the ginger-garlic paste in it.<br />2. Add chicken to this and saute for a minute.<br />3. Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, cumin seed powder, coriander seed powder, salt and cook everything covered with a lid on a low flame.<br />4. Grind all the chutney ingredients in a mixer/grinder and keep the chutney aside.<br />5.
